This batch makes 4 bags at a time. Add all ingredients to a bowl, stir together really well & then add 456G to each of the 4 bags.

Ingredients:

425g All Purpose Flour

860g Sugar

85g Cocoa Powder

10g Salt

10g Baking Powder

40g Dehyrdated Sourdough Starter

200g Pecans

200g Chocolate Chips

Instructions to place on label for customer:

Mix contents of bag, 2 eggs, 3 Tablespoons water & 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth.

Spray 9x9 baking pan with oil & spread in brownie batter.

Cook @ 350° F for 19-20 minutes.
